and a kitchen, second and third floors have bedrooms with balconies and toilets on each floor, and the
basement has a sauna, bathroom, a room for recreation, laundry room, utility room, dressing room.
Each house in the complex offers amazing view of the coast with its hotels, the bay of Sunny Beach and
the town of Nessebar. This area is unique with its climate – a combination of mountain and sea air. The air
is always clean and fresh, and the sea breeze brings coolness.
The complex is suitable for the beach and dynamic life lovers due to its proximity to Sunny Beach, as well
as for those looking for peace and quiet.
The houses are built with modern technologies: frame - reinforced concrete, walls, partition brick, hydro
and thermal insulation. Houses are finished to a stage ready for furnishing and owners can choose
different interior designs or create their own unique design. Each house provides central heating (wiring,
option for installing a boiler and radiators) and a fireplace in the living room. PVC windows, walls and
ceilings painted with latex paint, flooring - laminate, MDF doors, tiled bathrooms. Each house has its
private adjoining garden.
There is a restaurant and a convenience store in the neighboring complex. A minibus to the beach and
supermarket runs on every hour from 9 am to 21 hours.
